you have the rights ; 1) If I deny your commission request, I will not be sharing the request/posting it anywhere. It stays entirely between us. This means if you request a kink or fetish I reject, I will not be sharing your request anywhere. 2) Reposting or using is allowed with credit. Reselling designs I have made is not allowed. Using my art for commercial use is not allowed. 3) Refunds are not given based on being unhappy with the art, as I give customers several chances for changes.
